The climate and soil conditions of the Central San Joaquin Valley where we are located provides without a doubt the most ideal conditions for growing this fruit in the entire world. We harvest its wonderful bounty fresh from our garden in late autumn thru early January. The laborious process of removing its delicious seeds and reducing it into its purist most concentrated form to get every last drop of its flavor gives us the base for this delectable delight.  Our labor of love produces a pomegranate flavor full of equal parts sweet and tart, unmatched in its quality.
