Account Creation - After your initial purchase you will be prompted with the option of creating an account with us. Prior to this you will only be given the option of checking out as a guest or signing into your account. If you decide to create an account all of your applicable personal information will be saved on file with our shopping carts secured 128 bit SSL servers making your next transaction much quicker and allowing you to begin earning rewards points. Highbrow Vapor (via our hosting provider Shopify) uses industry standard 128 Bit SSL encrypted checkout to protect private data. Some countries will apply duties, taxes and / or tariff charges to your package. You are responsible for paying those fees. If in the unlikely event your package is seized by customs or you do not to pay the local duties, taxes or tariff charges Highbrow Vapor is not responsible for refunding your shipping charges / ordered products. All of our international shipments include all necessary paperwork in compliance with US customs laws. Purchaser assumes all liability for delivery of package once said package leaves the United States. Tracking for overseas packages ends after the package leaves the United States and delivery verification cannot be determined. If you have a question or are uncertain about legality or customs issues regarding your country of origin please send us an email so we may better assist you in your particular situation. Billing information must match shipping information or your order will be not be sent.

What is all this fancy talk about customized flavorings?
At Highbrow Vapor we not only welcome customization of flavor, we encourage it! On every product page we give suggestions of which flavors we like to combine the most with a particular product. These suggestions are in ORANGE. Don't be misled by this into thinking these are your only options, however. You have total control over what you want your flavor to taste like. Get creative...The possibilities are endless.
To take the Highbrow experience one step further we offer specific customizations regarding personal preferences such as double flavoring, flavor intensity, PG/VG percentage, etc. These options are listed in RED but are not limited to just what is stated.
Where do I put my requests for customization?
On the Cart page you have 2 boxes. The "customize this flavor" box is used to allocate specific flavor requests. Use this comment box underneath your specific product to let us know your personal preferences for that particular flavor. The "special instructions" box can be used for anything you feel pertinent to your experience on our site. Just say hello or input more detailed instructions. We love it when you say hello and tell us how you are doing!
