Chocolate Flavoring

Our chocolate is semi-sweet and very subtle.  It can be best described as almost a mocha flavor that captures the 'high notes' often lost in the production of most chocolates. A great all day flavor and the perfect foundation for the addition of just about any flavor we provide.  Not too overpowering but definitely captures the bouquet of freshly roasted cocoa beans.
